Dear Reader, I am thrilled to introduce the very first edition of our weekly newsletter, “Sacred Pathways,” coming to you every Wednesday—Mercury Day! It feels significant, considering Wednesday’s association with communication, intellect, and new beginnings. Here, we come together to connect, share, and evolve as a community. “Sacred Pathways” has been brewing in my heart for some time now. It emerged as a whisper, a promise of something really special, though I had no idea what direction it would take. This space is where we can be raw, unfiltered, and vulnerable. Sharing what we’re learning, diving into, and discovering. My hope is to act as a Yogic tour guide for your adventure. It’s my intention that we all find places and spaces like this in our lives—a sanctuary where we can truly be ourselves and stay open, curious, and connected. The other day, as I drove to my Yoga at The Boathouse class, I found myself immersed in the wisdom shared on the Michael Mead podcast. And suddenly, it clicked—Sacred Pathways was meant to be a newsletter! This newsletter serves as your personal refuge of soulful insights, practical tips, and gentle reminders to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. It’s my offering to share resources, inspiration, practices, and love in every way I can. As we bask in the radiant glow of the full flower moon, we’re presented with a beautiful opportunity to release, nourish, and rejuvenate. This celestial alignment, enhanced by the moon’s glow and astrological position, beckons us towards a state of bliss and inner illumination. Embracing the full moon’s energy allows us to shed old patterns, nurture our souls, and embrace the transformative power of the present moment. This auspicious connection with the cosmos serves as a reminder of the interconnectedness of all things, inspiring a deeper sense of self-awareness and spiritual awakening. I’m excited to hear what you want to explore in these newsletters. Whether it’s new insights, practices, or inspiration, let me know what resonates with you. Together, we can create a journey of continuous growth and transformation. 🎙️ Podcast Highlight: Michael Mead on Myth, Wisdom, and Community Dive into the wisdom of Michael Mead as he explores the power of myth and the importance of community in our journey of awakening. But let’s peel back the layers of hype and get to the core of it. Somatics is all about allowing your soul to fully occupy your form. It’s where the magic happens, where the spirit likes to dress up like this (yes, borrowing a line from Mary Oliver) and reminds us that our bodies are wisdom libraries.
This practice is a beautiful way to honor the full moon and nurture your awareness. And finally, 📚 Summer Reading List: Nourish Your Mind and Soul This summer, immerse yourself in these inspiring and transformative reads:
