Dear Reader,

As we move toward this full moon and eclipse season on Friday the 13th, we are being offered a big opportunity to tune in. It’s a moment to take stock of our lives, our relationships, and the rhythms we’ve been moving to. 🍂

A Big Lesson Today:

It feels so simple: we are here to take care of each other.
How could we ever forget?
As if the soil could forget it is here to feed the trees.
As if trees could forget they are here to nourish the soil.
How could anything ever get in the way of generosity?
How could we ever greet each other with anything but, “How can I help you?”
As if light could forget it is here to help illuminate.
As if dark could forget it is here to help us heal.

This Friday the 13th feels especially sacred. The number 13 holds a deep wisdom—13 moons in a year, 13 cycles of a woman’s body. It is the pulse of natural cycles, a reminder of cosmic harmony, and our deep connection to the rhythms of life. 🌙✨

I am honored to witness these rhythms in my work—whether caring for new mothers as they bring life into the world or being present with those who are preparing to leave this plane at the end of life. As the wheel turns, we are all reminded of the sacredness in each phase, the privilege of holding space, and the beauty of being part of this great cycle of giving and receiving.

A Message That Landed in My Inbox Today:

To do great things, you must do fewer things. Instead of managing time, work on reclaiming it. Sharran Srivatsaa

This resonates deeply, especially now. As the season turns, nature invites us to simplify, to nourish, and to build the foundation for health that will carry us through the winter. I’m seeing the signs all around—the bees buzzing in preparation, the change in the light, the cool morning air. There’s a wisdom here, and our bodies feel it too.

Maybe you’ve noticed it—

  • Dry or flaky skin?
  • A sense of restlessness?
  • Digestion that feels out of balance—too dry or too fiery?
  • Intense dreams, disturbed sleep, or waking up feeling like you’ve been running all night?

These are gentle nudges from your body, signs of transition that call for a moment of stillness and care.

That’s why I’m inviting you to join our Ayurvedic Cleanse—a journey to align with these seasonal shifts and bring yourself back into balance. This isn’t about detoxing or drastic measures. It’s about reconnecting to what your body already knows, supported by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
