I'm Jeanette. I help conscious women who are healers, caregivers, and leaders go deeper into their evolution so that they have the support, systems, and tools to reach a heightened level of inner peace, sovereignty, and spirituality they desire. My entire life has led me on a pursuit to discover happiness, health, and harmony. Through great suffering, the practice of Yoga offerred me the deepest and sweetest transformation. As a mother of four, long-term care consultant, and USAF Veteran, my life experiences give her a unique approach to health and well-being. It is a great honor to share this practice and help alleviate the suffering of others.
