Dear Reader,

I am so immersed in the fruitful transformative season of summer that it’s been a whole two weeks since I’ve sent out emails. Kids swimming, lemondae stands, bike rides everywhere, ice cream shops and suntans – I love this time of year. I also recognize the Ayurvedic view of this season as one that is depleting.
