Dear Reader,

How are you? How is your practice?

“In Thai massage, we learn to listen with our hands and speak with our hearts”

I often share the story of how Thai Massage found me. It was 2007, and I was going through a tough divorce. It was my first weekend without my kids, my two daughters who were 3 and 5 at the time, and I was feeling incredibly heartbroken. On my way home from work in the city, I called a friend in Hoboken. He invited me over for “some Thai,” and I assumed he meant food.

To my surprise, when I arrived, there was a Thai mat set up with pillows and an atmosphere of deep care and intention. I had never even heard of Thai massage before, but I knew I was in for a magical experience. About 90 minutes later, I felt renewed, and my heart was full. My next question was, “Where did you learn that?”

Within three months, I was in training with his, and soon my, teacher, Jennifer Yarro. The rest is history. Now, I have over a thousand hours of training in Thai Yoga Massage and am deeply in love with the breadth and depth of this practice. It is my great honor and joy to share it with you!

Join me for a monthly gathering where we will give, receive, explore, and advance our skills, whether you’re a professional or just want to share this with loved ones. We meet on the last Wednesday of each month to dive deep into the practice. Imagine the warmth, connection, and profound healing you’ll experience. Sign up here and commit to growing and expanding throughout the year. Continuing Education credits are available for massage therapists and yoga teachers.

This is more than just a class—it’s a journey of transformation and renewal. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this beautiful, heart-opening community.
This class will be offered both virtually and in person!
